Tracy, the son of Frank and Rose (????) Hallock and was born on December 14, 1893 Tracy was a highly accomplished and talented checkers player. In fact he would play against some of the countries best checkers players by mail with games lasting months if not years. Tracy died in August 1964. S.S. 366-07-6881 |
