David, son of Jacob and Sophia Marshall, was born in Seneca County, Ohio on August 7, 1845. The Tiffin-Seneca Ohio library has record of a David Marshall age 21 marrying MINERVA KOONTZ age 18 on October 22, 1868. The age of David stated on the marriage license is off by 1 to 2 years assuming the date we have of David's birth is August 7, 1845. Likely we have the correct David Marshall marrying Minerva Koontz. David died December 22, 1884 at the age of 39.. |

David Marshall David is buried at the Greenlawn Cemetery east of Tiffin, Ohio. David's grave marker is included in the Jacob Marshall family plot and is shown in the photo at the bottom left. |
